    Delivery

    Our delivery times are 2 to 3 days. These times may be extended if you do not live in France.

    Pour suivre votre commande, utilisez le numéro de suivi reçu par e-mail. Il vous suffit de le saisir sur le site du transporteur (Mondial Relay, La Poste, Chronopost) afin de connaître en temps réel l'avancement de votre livraison.

    If you chose delivery via COLISSIMO or MONDIAL RELAY, your parcel may already be available at the pickup point even if the tracking hasn’t been updated yet. In this case, we recommend going directly to the location and asking the staff to check if your parcel is being held in storage.

    Orders cannot be modified or canceled once confirmed. However, you have the right of withdrawal, which allows you to return your products. For more information about this right, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

    Our delivery fees vary depending on the type of delivery you choose. They will be displayed at the time of your order.

    We offer several delivery options to suit your needs:

    • Mondial Relay: from €3.90

    • Colissimo home delivery: from €4.90

    • Colissimo pickup point: from €4.90

    • Chronopost (express delivery): €12.90

    The good news? Delivery is free on orders over €100, regardless of the method chosen (excluding Chronopost).

    Our procedures do not yet allow for changes to the delivery address after your order has been confirmed.

    We deliver throughout Europe !

    For shipments to other regions of the world, this option is not yet available.

    If you wish to receive your order abroad, simply provide a delivery address in the relevant country. The available shipping methods will be displayed automatically during checkout.

    Returns

    Return due to sizing issue / change of mind (right of withdrawal)

    Returns are at the customer’s sole expense. The return must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. If the shipping date shown on the return package falls within the 30-day window, you will be refunded—even if we receive the item after this period.

    Return procedure

    • Use standard packaging or reuse the original box your product arrived in.

    • Include your invoice or your contact details (full name, order number, email address, and phone number).

    • Send the package to the following address:
      AMATEIS, 18 rue des Prés Riants, 74150 RUMILLY, France

    • Returned items must be packed in their original packaging (plastic bag), with tags attached, and must not have been worn, used, or damaged.


    Return due to defect

    Returns are at the company’s expense. The return must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. If the shipping date shown on the return package falls within the 30-day window, you will be refunded—even if we receive the item after this period.

    Return procedure

    • Send an email to contact@amateis.fr, explaining the issue and including photos. We will then send you a prepaid return label.

    • Use standard packaging or reuse the original box your product arrived in.

    • Include your invoice or your contact details (full name, order number, email address, and phone number).

    • Send the package to the following address:
      AMATEIS, 18 rue des Prés Riants, 74150 RUMILLY, France

    • Returned items must be packed in their original packaging (plastic bag), with tags attached, and must not have been worn, used, or damaged (by the customer).

    Please contact our customer service at contact@amateis.fr we will create a prepaid return label for you to send back the item, we will refund you, and you can reorder the correct size.

    We do not offer exchanges, but you can return the item. If the returned product follows the Degré 7 return procedure and meets the refund conditions, you will receive a full refund.

    REFUND

    Once the returned product has been checked, we will issue a refund to the payment method used at the time of purchase, within 14 days of receiving your package.


    RETURN AND REFUND FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES

    If you purchased an Aulp product from a physical store (other than our online shop), we will not be able to process the return or issue a refund, even in the case of a defective item.

    You will need to contact the store where the purchase was made to reach a resolution.

    Payment methods

    You can pay by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, or Mastercard). Additional fees related to international payments may be charged by your bank.

    You also have the option to pay with Klarna in 3 installments at no extra cost.

    Haven't received an email confirming your order ?

    It’s possible that the message ended up in your junk or spam folder. Please check there.

    If you still can’t find it, it could be due to an incorrect email address or an incomplete payment.

    Since our site doesn't allow order tracking via a customer account, we invite you to contact us directly through our contact form or at the following address: contact@amateis.fr. Please provide your name, the order date, and the amount, so that we can assist you as quickly as possible.

    To use a promo code, simply enter it in the designated field on the cart page (see image below), then click the 'Apply' button. The discount will automatically be applied to your order total.
